Before you sleep on Sunday night, place your hand on your heart and set a simple intention: "I am open to receiving healing, clearing and activation sent to me by Dina Sadoriniou, for my highest good and the highest good of all."

If you need healing on specific area then put that intent that the energies are used for that purpose.

Then let go and allow.
