Thank you for booking a live session with us! We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending your scheduled session.
Therefore, we offer the following cancellation and refund policy:
Phone and Zoom Bookings
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we may be able to offer a refund or reschedule your session at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason.
Cancellations by Instructor
In the rare event that the instructor needs to cancel a session, every effort will be made to reschedule or provide a suitable alternative time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
