THE SCHEDULE
When you felt left alone as a child — or learned to leave yourself — it creates an energetic record of “I’m not safe / I’m on my own.”
How it shows up: you cling to people, panic when someone pulls away, or keep choosing partners who disappear. You may also habitually abandon your own needs.
Why clear it: because you deserve to feel safe in love and in life. Releasing abandonment lets you build relationships from confidence, not fear — and finally feel at home with yourself.
Loss—big or small—leaves a hole inside: a repeated ache of grief, sadness, or regret. That old grief can hide as anger, shame, or low energy.
How it shows up: you struggle to receive good things, you hold back from joy, or you replay sorrow in relationships and choices.
Why clear it: because life is meant to be lived fully. Freeing the imprint of loss makes space for peace, gratitude, and the courage to welcome love and abundance again.
Neglect happens when your basic needs — physical or emotional — weren’t met. The message recorded in you becomes: “I don’t matter” or “I’m not loveable.”
How it shows up: low self-worth, always apologising, settling for less, or repeating situations that prove you don’t matter.
Why clear it: because your true self is worthy of being seen and cherished. Healing neglect awakens self-worth and confidence, helping you naturally attract people and opportunities that value you.
Rejection is being pushed away or excluded. Even small rejections can become huge if they repeat or come from important people like parents.
How it shows up: shame, withdrawal, hypersensitivity to criticism, or avoidance of intimacy. It can feel physically painful and keeps you shrinking back from life.
Why clear it: because rejection doesn’t define you. Clearing its imprint restores self-acceptance and courage, so you can step into relationships and opportunities without fear of being pushed aside.
Betrayal is trust broken by someone you relied on. It leaves shock and a hard shell of suspicion.
How it shows up: you don’t trust easily, you second-guess love, and you may isolate or stay hyper-vigilant. Relationships become hard to sustain.
Why clear it: because trust is the foundation of connection. Healing betrayal helps you open to safe, genuine bonds, freeing you to experience intimacy, community, and support again.
Abuse is when someone uses power to control, humiliate, or harm you — physically, emotionally, or mentally. It deeply damages sense of self and safety.
How it shows up: chronic anxiety, shame, withdrawal, repeating abusive patterns, or feeling numb. The body, mind, and energy field hold the trauma.
Why clear it: because you are not defined by what happened to you. Releasing the imprint of abuse restores your power and boundaries, so you can live with dignity, strength, and freedom.
